Are you already an experienced triathlete but feel your stroke could still do with an overhaul?
Have you already attended the Basic course and now feel you are ready to take this to the next level?

This session includes:
- 60 minutes drill/tuition session with a Level 3 swimming coach.
- 60 minutes intensive training session.
- Above/Underwater filming.
- Test Swims.
- Stroke Analysis.
- Presentation on swimming skills.
- Presentation on organising a training program.
- Presentation DVD.
- Training program to follow.
