Just a short line to thank you for the benefit I got from the Tri-S swim course. I was exceptionally pleased with my swim time at the Rivington tri on Sunday (under 34 mins inc transition, I was expecting around 40 mins!)
Kept my hands closed, glide long & pulled under the body with my left hand, great tips. I'm taking a week off then it's back to the pool to try for sub 30 next year.

Just wanted to say thanks for the course over the weekend...
I've just got in after another session at the gym/pool, after taking in everything you mentioned,
how to improve my swimming technique, arm/head positioning, high elbow and breathing etc
I decided after a 400 warm up and 8x50 drills to time my 400m swim, previously I think my best was 8min 5secs well tonight I got in to 7mins 36secs... am well pleased, I know I'm not breaking any records and you've prob got kids going faster but don't think it wouldn't have been possible hadn't I taken the time to drive all the way to Fleetwood to receive your professional, constructive and very helpfull advice... cheers.
