I am a Level 3 swimming coach. I have been involved in swimming as a competitor and coach for over 50 years. I have also worked as a teacher for the last 30 year

As an age-group competitive swimmer I competed nationally. More recently (as an adult) I have been National Masters Champion and have achieved many successes at long distance open water swimming events. As a triathlete I have completed multiple Iron Distance events.

I have coached at all levels. Many of my swimmers have gone on to national and international success. However some of my biggest successes have been from helping many adults swim their first full length of front crawl and go onto
